PROTEA ESTATE
Sugarbush Village is a sectional title residential development situated in Erand Gardens, Midrand. The Development consist of 21 3 story apartment Blocks, consisting of Bachelor units, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom units, and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom units.
Tiaan De Klerk was the Project Manager for the Development. Construction started in June 2006 and was completed in December 2007.
HD Projects provided the Client with Development and Project Management services as well as Construction Cost Consulting which included the following:
- Estimates and Feasibility studies
- Obtaining finance from a financial institutions
- Selecting Contractors
- NHBRC Enrolment
- Managing and co–ordinating the sales process including Estate Agents, Attorneys, etc.
- Handing over of units to purchasers
- Principle Agent on the Project
- Managing the building process wich included site meetings, design meetings, site inspections, quality control, etc.
