JUBILEE MALL PHASES 3&4
Jubilee Mall is a Shopping Centre situated in Jubilee Road, Hammanskraal. HD Projects acted as Project Managers and Principle Agent for the Client, New Africa Developments, in 2 extensions to the existing Shopping Centre.
During Phase 3, an extension to the existing Shopping Centre was constructed for Woolworths. HD Projects has been actively involved in the planning and construction of the extension, which included preparing new premises for existing tenants within the Shopping Centre.
During Phases 4 an extension was added to the existing Shopping Centre to accommodate furniture retail outlets. A food court was constructed at the same time to the southern side of the Shopping Centre, and a Post Office distribution Centre to the western side. HD Projects was actively involved in both the planning and construction of the extension.
