BRUMA ORIENTAL PLAZA
Bruma Oriental City is a new 4 story commercial development in Bruma, Johannesburg. The building comprises of 2 basement parking levels, and 2 commercial levels, with a market to be hosted on the roof level.
A structural steel frame, and pre-stressed hollow core slabs has been selected for the construction of the buildings. This construction method was primarily to eliminate the curing time of cast. In-Situ concrete structure used in the more conventional methods of construction.
Construction of this 48 944-square meter retail development will be completed in 2 Phases. Phase 1 compress of 25 948m2 and Phase 2 consist of 22 996 m2.
