CHINA CASH & CARRY PHASES 2B&2C
China Cash & Carry Phases 2B & 2C is a continuation of Phase 2A which was completed in June 2012.
The development consists of five floors. The basement level is dedicated to parking space, and the ground floor as well as the first floor offers wholesale retail space, with the second and third floors of the development consisting of twelve 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and fifty 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom units.
A structural steel frame, and pre-stressed hollow core slabs has been selected for the construction of the development.
This construction method was primarily chosen to eliminate the curing time of concrete used in more conventional construction methods. Midnight Masquerade Properties 150 (Pty) Ltd, Developer and Main Contractor on the Project, required the ground and first floor to be ready for beneficial occupation at the end of September 2015, where after the apartment levels will be focused on with completion scheduled for April 2015.
